• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fuse Box

If your RS doesn't have the outlet it will have the plug for it. BRP zip tied the plug to the upper left shock tower. It will be tough to find unless the trunk is removed but its there.

I was lucky...stuck some fingers into the hole and felt around...found the two spade connectors and was able to pull them through the hold into the frunk (barely). I purchased the below socket, hooked up the connectors (brown-yellow stripe wire is + & goes on center terminal , black is - at edge). I then just pushed the socket into the hole for a friction fit and it works fine. Getting the nut on it from underneath the machine was not required (thank goodness).

I didn't use the "flat plate" that came with the socket.

Just curious: What is the current draw for a 1000w stereo?

FINISHED THATS ALL FOR NOW

Well I finally got my fuse Block wired and the Shark 6800 installed. Once I was able to locate the zip tie inside the left shock tower I cut it loose and was off.
My first wire was from the Battery to the frunk...

next was the Master Ground Block I used the frame bolt...

next was to wire the rest of the hot wires for my two sets of lights and my ground effect to the switch then to the Master Ground...

next I placed the Fuse Block and the Relay block...

the last thing to be placed in the frunk was the Shark 6800.
and on to mounting the Speakers. NOW for the big one I turned on the Key and everything works just like I planed. The Shark does not have very good FM reception when I went out for a test ride I was very disappointed could not hear the station just static... n

ext is to load up me USB stick and try that... That/s all for now :opps: jtpolloock
