I had my Spyder in the shop while they looked for an Oil leak. They could not find it.
after a few tanks of gas since, there is a problem with the fuel guage/tank/system.
I used to fill it up until the pump shut off, and the fuel guage would show a full tank. I would get 100-110 before the fuel light would come on.
Now when the pump shuts off, the guage only shows 3/4 tank, and the light is coming on at 85 miles. It is also only taking about 3.5 gallons.
As usual, I have not changed how far I put the pump into the nozzle, not all the way in, about 3/4.
Is there a fuel guage sensor that may not be pushed in all the way?
