• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone here using one of these and know the exact part nbr? I see a few online and cannot tell which one is correct. Furthermore, how well is the fit and how does it attach or sit near the top. Some of the pictures show a perfect glove-like fit and some look like it it just sloppily stretched over top of the rubber strip, which would not create a very good seal.

:dontknow: never had glove like fit on mine:lecturef_smilie: need the slack to access what it covers, tool kit, fuse & battery panels, the limited has a zipper flap in middle for quicker access the 12V cig lighter power port & serial port for MP3. The tool kit area has a zipper too but mine is always covered with something :roflblack: (can see the blue rag hanging out of it) As far as seal I've replaced the weatherproof seal twice now 52k miles LOTS of open & closed maybe more than most as I keep my hydration in frunk. IMG_0801.jpg the cup holder Velcros down quite secure:2thumbs: & can hold two large 64oz cups upright. 1 is enough usually. Anyway the seal pinches the top of liner down with a ^then has a O on top, seal is good but can come apartIMG_1210.jpgIMG_1211.jpg The first seal got too warm one day (sun) & almost bonded to the frunk lid is why it failed.

The liner also has 4 corners tabs (seen in second pic)with Velcro patches to hold in place till the seal can be fitted all the way around. Some elastic play to work with. Mine has NOT leaked:yes::yes: (knock on wood).

Forget my last comment. I did not see your pictures in your original post, now I do. I see what you mean on the gasket and how it fits/works. Thanks.

Np & FYI the frunk "tub" seal fits inside the large square on your frunk lidIMG_3014.jpg so need to leave lil room if you add something like FLO (Frunk Lid Organizer) the liner is washable & my frunk does have a drain hole with a rubber plug. Handy when 1 drink spilled, think is standard but not sure.
