• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Front Tires Thoughts

FRONT TIRE PRESSURE

What pressure for the Continental?
Any car tire used on any Spyder should be inflated at far lower pressures than you would for those tires used on your car ...... Car tires are much stronger, built much different than the OEM Kenda's and support far more weight than our Spyder's ...... Think about it , a 4000 lb car needs a PSI of about 32 ..... a 1100 lb . spyder needs a PSI of about 16 and this is the high side of the psi needs....... This is especially critical when it RAINS .... the " SIPES " on the tires need to flex to be most effective and they won't if the tire is over-inflated based on the weight of the Spyder ......... ride safe - ride Happy .................. yeah, I'm down to 20psi front and rear now, Mike, and I reckon I can see a definite improvement over the 23psi I started with.

20 FOR THE REAR is great .... but you have two fronts ...... go down to 16 and test it ...... nothing BAD is going to happen Peter Aawen will concur I'm sure ...... Mike
