• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Front end pulling to right.

I have a 2013 RTS E5. The front ball joints were replaced before I bought it per recall on them. This Time I take it in and the stabilizer bar link rods were we placed per recall. It has pulled to the right since I bought it. It still pulls to the right and the dealer said BRP won't pay for an alignment. Has anyone else had this problem.

pulling

my dealer is replacing my ball joints right now and i asked for them to do an alignment and he said that they do it with the ball joint replacement at no charge

Sounds like time to contact BRP Customer Care and get them to open a case file, talk to your dealer (or recommend another) and authorize repairs. Typically alignment is not the cause of pulling to one side, although if the alignment was done without the steering centered it could be. More often the problem would be unequal front tire pressures, steering sensor miscalibration, a steering sensor failure, faulty suspension components, or rarely a faulty frame or an assembly error. I'd have my dealer zero the steering sensors at very least.

The Ball Joints was replaced before I bought it so I'm sure they will say they did an alignment but I have no way of knowing.

The last time I made sure the pressure was identical in both front tires and it still pulled.

Pulling right

This probably sounds redundant but if your out on a vacant road and it pulls to the right does it continue if you swap lanes or reverse itself.

Either side of the crown of the road it pulls to the right. The dealer even acknowledges it pulls to the right. Just bought the end of April.

Next steps..!!

Try another dealer and see if they can come up with something. Call brp and start a case they should get involved. One shot in the dark..check and see if wheel hubs or calipers are heating up. They should be equal in temp...good luck..!!
