Actually, the Constitution does. First Amendment. I believe you are referring to the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms. Taking a thread in a different direction is not always advisable.

Actually . . . The Constitution guarantees freedom of speech. It is enforced by every person by continuing to use it and defending those who use it.
