• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Found this on a Ryker Facebook group

I've been told that here in Illinois it's against the law to have Ape Hangers (wrist) higher than your shoulders. Never would install them so I never checked out if that was true or not.

There's at least one Spyder running around with Ape-Hanger bars somewhat higher'n that.... there's a pic or two here on the Forum of it! ;)

Diff'rnt Strokes float Diff'rnt Boats for Diff'rnt Folks

But we all enjoy Ryding!

Yup! i remember the pictures, but don't remember who or when. It's sure fun to get old. :roflblack:

I never understood apehangers. I would think it would put a strain on your shoulders and it would be harder to turn.

Himm the bars. Probably not for me on my ride, but hey if thats what the owner likes who am I to tell them what and what not to do to their ride.

As Peter said, + 1 on Diff'rnt Strokes float Diff'rnt Boats for Diff'rnt Folks

I don't know but I think you better have some real arm and shoulder strength on a Ryker fo those. I rode a friend's Harley with apes different, all in what you want.

Most states have laws against loud exhausts too. How's that working for ya?
