• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Found side cover

I found a LH side cover from an RT on Rte. 30 just north of Speculator, NY today. It is in remarkably good shape considering it went flying across the road and thru the guardrails. Luckily no one ran over it. It has a sticker on it from where, I assume, the machine was purchased. If it's yours I will ship it out to you.

There was a guy who posted a couple of days ago about his panels flying off. Maybe it was him. I can't remember his screen name, but maybe you can find his post in a search.

How about this...

This is the second side panel found in recent months...How about a lost and fornd department for such items...:roflblack: What, where it was found and color. Not claimed in xx days it's up for grabs.....

Hmmm

idea!

I think I shall wander out to the garage and somehow put my mobile phone number on the inside of the panel in some kind of waterproof pen...

 Slick, quick, and trick!
:agree: But if they are prone to flying off after being messed with:dontknow: :hun:Hope your not setting yourself up:lecturef_smilie: :p What is the problem with the panel anyway?
I have seen threads like this pop up a few times now . Something about grommets not griping or being pushed all the way in or something:dontknow: Having a ST my panels are bolted on:thumbup:

:agree: with Bfromla, I have a 2014 RT and imho the panels are very hard to remove..... so hard I'm sure I will break one someday........ if they are falling off, I believe it's because they aren't fully attached by whoever is putting them on.....................Mike

Lost the right side cover on ours on Saturday about four hours after we bought it. I removed the right-side cover to see about service access, and it flew off the first ride after that. I found it, but of course it's a bit nicked up from sliding down the road.

I'm having a tough time locating this one on parts schematics...does anyone have any part numbers for these?
