We have a couple of vendors on here that sell the same items ..it looks like...so who is the best to deal with, quality and prices...any help would be great.

Depends on what exactly you are looking for. TricLED is the only way to go to for me. Top notch customers support. They aren't happy if you aren't happy, and they do what is needed to make things right.

I've heard good things about custom dynamics, but I have no personal experience with them.

Ditto.. TricLed are the best.. I have many of their products in my RS and theynare top quality.. Needless to say, their customer service is superb. .:2thumbs:

I have no experience with Tricled, but purchased my stuff from Custom Dynamics and thought they were awesome. Everything I ordered was shipped ASAP and received in great condition. They have great instructions and would buy from them again. I called them once with a question and they answered it immediately. I have no complaints at all from them and would recommend them.

Nowadays is hard to find vendors who really care for customer's satisfaction. IME, Tricled is definitively one of them

In regards to custom dynamics, I bought their day runners, and one came with the wires from the light source poorly connected.. I sent them pictures and asked them for a refund after shipping them the defective product back. They charged me a re-stocking fee..:lecturef_smilie:

TricLED would (and has) just shipped a new one no questions asked.

I have ordered from Custom Dynamics many times and have never had a problem with their service. On two occasions they shipped me a free replacement part without hesitation. One was a mudflap light in use for months and the wire into it had come loose.. they could easily have called that a road hazard but they covered it fully under warranty.
I consider both them and TricLED to be the very best.

......also TricLed invented TricFenderz and CD just poorly copied them, what would you expect from people like that - charge you a restock fee maybe?
