I contacted Apple support for a problem, and I was surprised that Apple would recommend any app for cleaning spyware/malware. The one that was recommended, and the service person said that they now recommend it to anyone who calls, is Malwarebytes. I've been using it for years, and because they recommended it, I decided to step up from the free version.

It's also nice to call a company, and talk to someone you can actually understand. It seems that these days a lot of service groups have been outsourced (out of this country).

Yup! I got one of "those" calls from India, just this AM--(I kind of know the accent), and I could not understand a word of what he was saying. I hung up mid-sentence. :roflblack::roflblack:
