• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It seems that Indiana won't allow them to be sold, per a dealer, because the top of the steering wheel is more than 18 inches from the top of the seat. Since it's a motorcycle, the "apehanger" rule applies. Somehow, this doesn't make a lot of sense.
But it may be a salesman pulling my leg.

Sounds like..!!

a fishy story. Ape hanger rules seemed to have changed at least here in CA. You see them riding here where their butts don't reach the seat their hanging so high. I thought they couldn't be higher than your shoulders...go figure..:dontknow: guess they will have to run them with outta state plates...:roflblack:

We will have to see how this one plays out. I am guessing that Polaris did their homework before they put these out for sale.

As far as I know, they will not be sold in Ontario, Canada either.

Something to do with not complying with the specs for a motorcycle or a car.

As per Ontario, you straddle a motorcycle and it must have handlebars and the passenger sits behind the driver, not beside him.
