• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fog light bulb replacement

I am a new Spyder RS owner and was curious about what panels need to be removed to replace the fog light bulbs or does the trunk have to be removed?

Its relatively simple & No the trunk stays on. Which ever side bulb is out you will need to remove the 2 front side panels starting with the one close to the seat. there is something like 5 screws and 3 or 4 plastice push type fasteners on the forward panel. should take 5 to 10 Min. to do. Hope this helps

welcome This is the place for all your :spyder2: questions and concerns.:congrats: and :f_spider: on

welcomeHere is a suggestion. If one of your OEM fog light bulb crapped out, perhaps its an oppertunity to upgrade instead of replace. Since you are going thru the motion of working on it, you might as well upgrade yourself to something better such as ESI's HID bulbs. Brighter and gives much better visibilities. Just a thought. I know I am waiting for mine to crap out before upgrading.:spyder:
