• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FoboBike app gone from BRP CONNECT screen

Hi everyone,
I have the FoboBike app working without any issues with BRP Connect until I go out to ride my RT today and suddenly there’s a grey square on the LCD display where my FoboBike app used to be. I did not uninstall it and had it right beside my Genius maps icon and my music icon. It has disappeared and though it’s listed as one of the available apps it wont install into the BRP CONNECT LCD display on my Spyder.
If anyone could offer any help I would greatly appreciate it.
I have also emailed FoboBike to ask them if there’s an issue at their end.

Are the Fobo's still working? May need just reconnecting devices:dontknow: if not that more than likely will be an update issue:banghead:

Ya, I noticed that too. I thought it was because I'm not using it as I have the FOBO II. FOBO says they're working on getting the new app in BRP Connect. I would think you just add it again and it should work?

Tried uninstalling app and adding it again and it still didn’t work. Just got an email from Fobo. It says

”We have received your report and forward to our team to look into it. We will check and release a new App version to fix the issue on the upcoming week.”

Hopefully this will fix it.

Latest update:
Received an email from Fobo to download the latest app version which I did but it still does not work. Has anyone had any luck in sorting this issue?
Many thanks

I had trouble with FOBO sensors staying connected. I reinstalled, replaced batteries, etc... and it works for awhile and the problems start again. I got frustrated and took them off. I'd like to get them working to a reliable level. I'll follow this thread.

Both the FOBO and FOBO II work fine. No problems. I sold my FOBO to a friend and he's loving it. It's really great to be able to check the tires without getting down to their level.

It is tricky to set up but once that is done right it works fine.

So your FOBO is now displaying correctly on the BRP Connect screen, Flamewinger?
