• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi working with manufacturer right now solving an issue. One of the things they need is S/N off the box.
They have been very fast with reply, and further questions I have faith with them so far so believe issue will be solved. The problem might be might fault not the equipment.

I don't know what your problem is but FOBO knows there must be a problem with some of their sensors if they want the S/N.

I was recently on a trip with my Spyder and on of my senders would not connect. The battery showed 1/2 good (as did one other sender) and had no signal on my phone to indicate the battery was the problem. Went on line and went to tech support and received a return message within 10 mins. The tech asked for log information that I found on my phone. Sent him that info. and within a short time had an email that said that the battery was the problem. Replaced the battery and every thing worked. The help I received was super fast and efficient. Could not ask for anything better from the FOBO people.
 
Manufacturer gave me 10 things to do back up snd running. They are very fast at responding to emails. Lkke in minutes.
I would recomend them to a friend
