• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Florida HOV lane

Going back to the OP, are motorcycles able to ride in the FLA OHV lane? If so then the crux of the argument is whether three wheeled vehicles are considered motorcycles in that state. You may argue whether a Harley trike is a motorcycle or not in the eyes of FLA DOT, and by association what is a Spyder. Of course, curious minds want to know if you got a ticket or were just let off with a warning.

I cannot offer any advice here other than be careful when discussing the law with the officer that pulled you over for any infraction. If he did not think he was right, he would not have pulled you over. In this case, it may have been a slow day, or he did not like three wheel motorcycles.
