There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

These look like the ones on my 2009. They were installed when I bought the Spyder used. The installation required cutting away part of the body work resulting in a lot of heat on the right foot. They are so close to the brake and shift lever as to make them useless for all practical purposes ( could be my size 14 feet are just too long). I would never recomend these as road pegs make more sense and don't require cutting away bodywork. My machine is a sport model, not touring so that may make a difference.

I think that's a pic of my bike...looks like it anyway...with my toe/heel shifter installed...Note where I cut out a portion of the tupperware so I could get the toe of my boot to reach the toe portion of the shifter...There are no floorboards installed...Makes shifting very easy and fast compared to the stock setup...I was having to angle my foot 45 degrees to gain access to the stock shifter which was very uncomfortable.
