Fitting New Street Magic F4 RT Windshield

I am going to replace my stock RT Windshield with a new Street Magic F4 RT windscreen

In the Windshield installation Guide it states the following :-

Step 4) - Remove from the old shield and transfer to the new shield, the
4 rubber grommets and spacers found in the old shield

Can anyone advise me how to remove these Rubber grommets and what tools are neeed if any
and then how to fit them into the new F4 RT windshield again advising me if any tools are needed for this as well

To change out the windshield you will need a T25 and T30 Torx screwdriver or socket. Make sure windshield is at highest position to make it easier to access the screw on the trim panel.

Remove the two windshield trim panels by removing the T25 Torx screw at the top of the trim panel on the inside of the windshield.

Place a piece of paper under the bottom of the trim panel to keep it from scratching the windshield. Lift up on the top and slide down about a half inch to free the bottom from the retaining tab.

Remove the four T30 Torx screws holding the windshield to the windshield support. Make sure you have a good hold on the windshield when removing the last two screws.

There are rubber grommets on the windshield where the four Torx screws mount the windshield. Just pull off and put on your new windshield. Should be four on the front and four on the back.

Removing the grommets is made easier by pushing out the metal insert and then remove the grommet. Place the grommets in the new windshield and then push in the metal inserts.

Thanks for the info - I have now been able to fit the new windshield, removing the
grommets was as stated above - such a useful tip

Sometimes I really hate this list......

I've been removing the entire windshield & bracket assembly, risking losing the little C-clips that hold the pins in. I never realized the windshield could be replaced without removing the main bracket.

Wow, do I feel stupid.....
