I tried getting my 13 STS in last week but schedule was full. The weather has been to nice not to ride. Went a bit over the 600 mile mark. Having to ride to work so I could drop it off today put me at 1166 miles. It wasn't to 1000 when I left the house. Nice day to ride.

I did the same thing and my mechanic said it's all good.

Not to worry..!!

Many have overshot the 600 miles stated. Good to get it in as soon as possible after that mileage but you can't always do that.. :thumbup:

The extra miles should not be a problem.

We experienced similar with our last new one. Picked up on a Friday, 750 miles during the weekend and had to wait another week before they could get it in. A little over 1500 miles on the clock.

My dealer said the same thing & actually closer to 1000 is better
