First long mountain ride after shoulder surgery

Twas a great ride today about 260 miles. My old F6B buddy Ken and I did the Gap Attack around the BRP near The Meadows of Dan, VA. We had the best chicken salad sandwich on the Parkway at The Poor Farmers Market in MOD.

Glad you are healing up and getting back out there. I love the NC, Tenn. mountains. We try to get up there at least 2-3 times a year. This year we will be in the Maggie Valley area for 5 days in June. I will be going back again for a day in mid July, and again in August for 3 days. Probably be going back to the Boone area this fall since my daughter is a student at App. State. I just can't get enough of that area:thumbup:.

What type of surgery and how long ago? I just had DCE with AD. Hoping to ride within a week or two.

Left shoulder, 3 procedures, torn cuff, bone spur, and 60 % torn ligament. I was not allowed to move the shoulder for the first 6 weeks. My surgury was 21 January. I still have lots of exercise work to do. The Spyder makes a good exercise machine for me.:cheers:
