• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well all, I guess I am finally a member of the "gang". My very first ride on MY spyder was yesterday. Dealer had a little trouble finishing up some lighting modifications so i got a late start home. But, 72 miles in the dark with 25 degree temperatures.....taa daa!! ...and i had such a big chuckle cuz i stopped at a subway for some soup and to get warmed up and someone asked me if the spyder could possibly go 70 miles an hour if i wanted to ride it on the highway....so not only is my spyder in my driveway....a silly question to boot! :2thumbs:

Congrats Kim,
Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet with you and ride but we have a lot of nice days headed our way. I am sure we will see you soon.

:welcome: & :congrats:

I ride down to 15 deg and you do get some looks. Going out riding for a few hours today, 25 - 30 deg. Get the right gear and keep on smiling :ohyea:, I mean riding.

:congrats:

You are definitely a member of the family now. :2thumbs: I hope you start getting nicer weather to ryde in, and are prepared for the never ending questions when you stop.

:welcome::congrats: on your ride. The questions can be fun and sometimes make you wonder.
I rode in a escort for 911 artifact for Fairborn, Oh Fire Station (made Datyon channel 7 news) (yesterday). While we were waiting a man came up asked if the :spyder2: had three wheeels on the ground ? I am not sure what state he was from, but he did ask which was the front ? In Ohio, white headlights are to the front, red tailights are to the back. (He had walked all the way around it.)
Since I was present as a member of the Patriot Guard, I just said, two wheels are in front sir.

:congrats: and :welcome: The fun is just beginning with the curious public. Its always interesting to talk to interested and curious people.
