• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally the Day has Arrived

IMG_6743 (Copy).jpgIMG_6747 (Copy).jpgIMG_6751 (Copy).jpgYesterday, October 4th, is a day I've been waiting for for two years, or at least since I layed eyes on my first Spyder RT. Obsession is probably a good way to describe it. Don't get me wrong, I've loved both Honda VTX's that I've had, but the RT burned my retna's from day one. I know tons of you have blue RT's and mine's nothing special (NOT YET), but I loved the ride home from Cowtown yesterday. A HUGE thanks to Len (Godfather) and SteveMac for their help and patience and to the whole Cowtown crew a BIG HAZZA. I've seen it on this forum from the start and it's absolutely true. Len and the guys and girls there are TOP NOTCH, THE BEST, THE BEES KNEES, AWESOME and I could go on and on. :bowdown: I have so many more things to say, but I'll shut up from now. Hopefully I'll be more vocal as time goes forth, for now here's a couple pics of my baby. Last but certainly not least, a very respectiblely LARGE THANKS to my lovely wife, Lu. Here's to many comfortable miles with you, Babe.

:congrats: Welcome to the best riding group ever. You'll have a ball meeting new friends. Better get connected with the MOGANG. They have some great rydes & get togethers.

Congratulations and welcome. As we say, prepare yourself for miles of smiles:clap: FUN, FUN, FUN :yes::yes:

:congrats: And Welcome to the family!! Hoping you and Lu have very many wonderful miles on your new ryde!!

Jim,
Can't tell you how happy I am for you. I am going to share something about you with the folks here...

I've known Jim for many years. Watched him play music in a few bands and I know how much of a motorcycle enthusiast he has always been. When I purchased my RT, one of the first things I did was to visit Jim at his workplace and asked him if he wanted to see a pic of my new TOY. He said sure, when I showed him the RT (Silver back then) his eyes got big and he grabbed me by the arm and pulled me back to his work area. There, posted on the wall, was a picture of a Blue RT. Jim has had that picture of that same blue RT up there for over two years. So I can tell you all that he has indeed been very patient and done his homework.

Very proud of you Jim, you set you eyes on the prize and by golly, you got just the one you wanted. Maybe now when we ride together, I won't have to slow down on those twisty roads so you can keep up on the VTX! Just kidding.

Glad to see your joy and I know Lu is going to be very happy perched up on the back of that beautiful blue RT.

Way to go bro!!!!!!!!!! :yes::2thumbs::firstplace::2thumbs::yes:
