• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally installed my Frunk secondary release!

This has most likely be covered a few times. Today I got around to setting up a backup way to open the frunk on second 2018 AKA Hookie! I had the stuff laying on the work bench for a while.

I remove the two access panels (left and right) under the rear corners on the lid and then removed the latch assembly to attach the cable. The hole was already in the arm (picture 2). Then reinstalled the latch assembly and in the end had to stick a screwdriver under the front part when tightening the two ten mm nuts. Quarter inch ratchet works well in the tight space. Pictures show the cable and outer sleeve from bike cable. There is a loop to pull up under the body panels behind the driver's side front wheel. Next will be the secondary release for the seat.
