• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally, after 6 long, long weeks!

I'll have my '12 Spyder :spyder2: RT-L back for the weekend! Air scoop kit, new ball joints, and a ridiculously expensive BRP alignment, all paid for with Other People's Money. I sure hope the wait was worth it!

:congrats: on finally having it back where it belongs! :2thumbs:
Joe's right: bring it to him, and he'll do it right. You'll be "Squared-Away", in no time! nojoke

Good news....

Glad to hear your back on the road. That was a long time and know you are ready to get out there and enjoy some good ryding... enjoy....

What a difference!

My Spyder rydes like it's supposed to!
I picked it up and rode it home, taking the long way with fast twisties. No more darting about- I was able to control it with two fingers at 55 mph on a straight stretch.
I felt much more confident, even after 6 weeks of downtime. Going into the curves wasn't the exercise in fear control that it was

Now I have to unlearn all the bad habits I picked up trying to ride this thing.

It turned out that the left wheel was toe-out by an inch, and the right by about half an inch. The ball joints were fairly smooth, but there were rough spots.
My SmoothSpyder is in my garage, so I'm gonna go mount it.

Wow that far out must have looked like something coming at you with open arms, glad to hear it's finally fixed now enjoy that new to you RIDE
