Crap it wont stop snowing here.. Today is lake effect snow and windy and still snowing..

Looks like it may end with 12 inches or more  Along with all the snow we got the past month.

Tonight the snow is suppose to start, they are forecasting 6 to 12 inches of snow here in Vermont. They have winter storm warnings out until 7 pm tomorrow night, we can handle the snow.

We will get a break on Wednesday, then on Thursday, they are forecasting an messy snow storm, sleet freezing rain, rain. temps in the 20's and 30's.

Everyone be safe. We will get thru this.

I am hunkered down until Wednesday.

I am running out of room to put all the snow.. :gaah:

Tuesday

:coffee: Good Morning and Welcome back. Indiana was blessed with 6" of New Snow. Not planning to go anywhere, really just no way till we can get the drive cleared. Thankfully I went out yesterday and got some extra supplies.

Snowing here still and a little Sunshine.

Today only 15°F with some snow. Tonight's low -4°F.

Stay Safe and Healthy. .....

Well put a fork in me I am done with snow and cold..:gaah:

Most snow I have moved around in years and included some on the roof. Then had to shovel that up once off the roof.

I went out to do to some errands, the sun was out, but the temps in teens. It was not snowing, we got a break.

Tomorrow, we get a short break, then Thursday night the snow will start and continue to until Friday, the temps in 20's and 30's. This storm will be messy.

Thursday

:coffee: Well, Indiana has received an additional 2" of Snow.
Today will be mostly snowy and 18°F. Big flakes are falling this morning, so I still don't have a driveway to use.

The Weather People are saying that we will have some warmer temperatures next week. I going to hold them accountable for better conditions.

Today 23°F and some snow, low 7°F.

Be Safe. .....

The storms are over for our area and the warming trend is on. High 40's by the weekend. They backed off from 60's. :roflblack:

Up here in western Canada, our snow is gone, the current temperature is +2*C (33*F) and rain forecasted for the next week. Yesterday was a sunny day with highs of 10*C (50*F), so I was able to get in a local ride (only local because we are surrounded by mountains with all snowy roads). Wind therapy is great for the soul!

Here in Vermont, we still have 1 more snow storm to deal with starting tomorrow, they are forecasting only 1-2 inches on Friday, and on Sat. But the temps will be warmer on Friday, and into next week!

(off topic, great snowmobiling weather! Got to ride the sleds when we can, because you just don't know what/when mother nature will throw at us here in the north east. ) back on topic.

It's been nice enough to ride all week, but I been to busy with the house to ride. We will take Saturday off to ride. Forecast is for 70's and sunny!

Friday

:coffee: Good Morning and Welcome back to Friday's weather, 12°F with sunshine here in Indiana. No new snow overnight, so just about 12" on the ground.

Today only 18°F with mostly sunny, low of 7°F.

Bundle Up and Stay Warm. .......

Supposedly, the last day of flirting with the cold. They keep revising the daily temps. Ventured out yesterday, Our road out front was mostly snow and ice covered. That's two miles one way and four miles the other way to get to highway 65. The regular roads were all clear and dry.

Always seem to get stuck on that "ice road" just a mile or two from the main highway. :roflblack: Remember my Spring postings from when I was in Alaska? Oh, and I have another one of "those" driveways. :roflblack:

Today, the weather is cloudy, temps in the upper 20's . They are forecasting snow possible 1-2 inches thru this weekend. It is currently snowing here lightly.

Next week the temps in the 30's.

Deanna

Sunny and 76 tomorrow in the desert S.W. Going on a short ride with 3 other trikes for liver and onions......yumm..... Stay safe and warm. Our turn for miserable riding conditions is coming in July! Jim

Here in Oz we've got the other end of the cold & nasty weather! :sour: Last week's temps pushed well into the 40's (°C), which meant that my ryding was restricted to early morning or later in the evenings (altho I did do a couple of late night/really early morning rydes too! ;) ) and while the next few weeks look like being juuust a little cooler, we've still got Extreme Fire Danger conditions to contend with, so I probably won't be ryding too far! :gaah:

That said, I've got some testing scheduled next week, and with any luck I'll get to squeeze in some track time on the Spyder, even if it is bloody hot out there.... :p Why are all these race tracks never located amongst the shady trees with a cooling lake alongside or a few water features..... oh, hang on a mo.... I think I can work that one out for myself!

Let's see now. 40 + 40 = 80; 80 X 9/5 = 720/5 = 144; 144 -40 = 104°F; Ouch! :cus:

Weekend Weather

:coffee:Welcome to the WEEKEND. I finally got it all done, the driveway. Been working on it a little bit all week. Getting older just means everything is going to take some extra time.

Oh yeah, I enjoyed being able to get out there and get some errands done.

A very small warm up in on the Way, 18°F now and possibly a 40°F for Sunday.

Snow Report.....Indiana......10" ..melted .....

Saturday 28°F partly sunny, low of 16°F.
Sunday's high 39°F some sun, low of 30°F.

Enjoy your Weekend.......
