• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's funny because I emailed them 2 or 3 times with questions on which shield I should be looking at and got no response. I do not have time to call them with my work schedule and where I work so email is my best avenue. Since I have not received any response I am now looking at either a Madstad or a Gustafsson.

Yeah, sometimes emails end up in junk or elsewhere, Campermac, especially in the current changed environment. I have had one issue contacting F4 (and the lack of response was for a genuine reason), but only one. Send an email to the address above and see what happens unless you have already bought another brand ;)

They are in the process of moving everything to Punta Gorda FL.

I hear ya and understand what you are saying but this goes back a bit like January-February time frame was the last time and the time before that was last September when I got my new bike.

Ouch.....not good. Have you tried that donfrank email address above? I know you shouldn’t have to do that, but it would be worthwhile letting him know in case there is a process breakdown which he can rectify........especially if you have gone with another brand because of it. :dontknow:

F4 took great care of me. Great receptionist and knowledgeable staff A++. Awesome windshield. Your missing out if you don’t own one.
 
For those that have an issue contacting us we are back up on the phones now. When we made the move with our plant we lost all of the customer messages for several days. We are back up on the phones now at 330-968-4644 and I have sent you a PM with my cell phone to those I am aware of.

I have had exceptional service from F4. Not only is their product great, but more importantly they stand behind it. Sorry to read that you have had issues contacting them!
