• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3T Fuse Blown F7 Left fuse box

Rode my F3T on Saturday.
Parked in the garage at home. No issues.
Then on Sunday the bike wouldn't start. No power to the dash.
Could not release the parking brake. No power to the starter. :gaah:
Tail lights, Horn and Emergency flashers worked.
Battery was fully charged.
A lot of trouble shooting yielded a blown F7 fuse in the Left fuse box.
Replacing the fuse solved the problem. It appears this is not an uncommon problem on the F3 models.

What causes this fuse to blow??

Common/uncommon? Without knowing the cause your post is of little help for those of us who want to be problem-free when out and about on our F3 mobiles. Are you able to provide some guidance?

Please reread my post.
I too am looking for an answer.
This problem has been reported previously in SpyderLovers with no cause listed.

Problem was finally traced to a short in the fog light circuit at the switch.
Interesting issue. The fuse will blow after the bike is running and the bike keeps running until shut down.
But it will not start with the blown fuse.
All is good with repairs and a new fuse.
