There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. F3S Oil Pressure Gauge

Dray

I am somewhat anal about what my engines are doing and I have an
oil pressure gauge on all of my vehicles. That said, is there a oil pressure
test port on the 1330 motor that I could hook up to a gauge?

Thanks in advance!!

There is a test point on the 1330 in front down low
It is a 10mm Allen set screw
you can look it up in the shop manual or a parts diagram
I tried using an electronic gage on it but it blew the gage [it just maxed out]
So I now have a mechanical gage [the ones that have an oil line going to the gage] and it works fine
When at an idle and the oil is good and warm the oil pressure drops to about 5 psi the shop manual says it is good at 2 psi
When riding down the rode at 60 mph the pressure is round 40 psi
