There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 Series Line-X Aluminium Riders Floorboards

Not many miles on my F3-S SS yet but having problem with driver pegs. After riding about half an hour, my quads start to bother me. They seem to have a constant slight strain on them. I get temporary relief by repositioning my feet. I removed the rubber pads from the pegs to have a flat surface surface for my feet. Some minor improvement. I am using position 5 for my foot pegs. I haven't tried moving the pegs back without a 4 rod but sat a small stool at about that position but didn't seem comfortable. Moving to 4 and just sitting without being able to ride probably wouldn't show me much.

Riding with Harley floorboards and Suzuki copy for over 12 years is completely comfortable.

I am consider purchasing a set of F3 Series Line-X Aluminum Riders Floorboards

Flat but slopped. Full flat foot support might solve problem. Pricey but not as high as below. :dontknow:

I have also looked at the Ultimate F3 Spyder Floorboard

I like the low height of the flat part but not the length and pricey. :dontknow:

The OEM look to have the same slope as the F3 Series Line-X Aluminum Riders Floorboards but more expensive. :dontknow: I may go out to dealer to test drive a F3 with OEM floorboards. I haven't found any used of any of the three on eBay.

Recommendations requested and will be appreciated.

I have the ultimate floor boards in position 5 they work great. You can put your feet in multiple positions. I am 5'8" for reference. I like to stretch out.

The boards pictured work great

I have the exact same boards on my 2018 F3-T. The stock pegs were not comfortable at all. For my size(5'10" 32" inseam) I find position #3 to be perfect for me. Worth the money for the comfort.

footboards2.jpgfootboards1.jpg I have these and they are very comfortable..I can even put my foot on the ground at a stop light the others are awesome as well but these to me still give the feel of a motorcycle with the foot room of a floorboard...either purchase is great and worth the money...

I made my own floorboards for my F3S. They work great for me. For reference, I'm 6'3"/36" inseam with boards at position 4.

Another vote for the Ultimate Floorboards. The Spyder actually belongs to my Wife and she had a great deal of trouble mounting and dismounting. The Ultimate Floorboards solved that as well as giving her MANY options for foot position. She can even stand up fully while riding! She has them in position 3. They are pricey and I don't think they can be easily moved to other positions, so be sure of your U-Fit riding position before purchase.

Edit:
AND!! The Guy at https://www.canamspyderaccessories.com/ is awesome to work with. When I ordered my wife's boards, I told him how eager she was to try them. He was able to get them shipped that day UPS Next Day Air SAVER from Quebec, Canada to Oregon, USA at a very reasonable shipping price. Of coarse, for the price of the boards, he can afford to eat a little shipping cost;-)

Thanks for all recommendations

I went with the Spyder F3 Aluminum Dr Floorboards, F3/Spyder Logo too. Much more comfortable than the stock pegs and can continue to put my feet on ground for a stretch at stops.

I found best price at https://store.valueaccessories.net/F3SeriesAluminumDrFloorboardsF3andSpyderLogo.aspx

Came with a ''free" Spyder RT 2020+ Brake Riser https://store.valueaccessories.net/SpyderRT2020BrakeRiser.aspx but it was worth what it cost because is only 1/4 inch thick so useless.

Follow up

I went with the Spyder F3 Aluminum Dr Floorboards ...

No longer recommending these floorboards. Bought a position 4 rod. Neither 3, 4, or 5 was comfortable with these floorboards after awhile. Gone back to position 5 with stock pegs which is how I got my F3 from the dealer. A $200 lesson to realize the Cam Am engineers had a good reason to sell the F3 with pegs instead of floorboards. :banghead:

I agree with vote for ultimate floorboards! Had a set on my 2020 F3, position 3! Great addition to my comfort.

I have Lamonsters black diamond cut boards that are at position 4. My size 13 feet can be placed in multiple locations and are totally comfortable. Before I had the Can Am driver boards in position 5 with road pegs. Now I don't need the road pegs and can ride all day with no problems with my legs or feet. I do have 2 artificial knees so it's important to me to have my legs feel good.

Since there is no way to "test drive" other floorboards, I'll just stick with the stock foot pegs at position 5. So far seems comfortable. Wasted enough money already.

Hmmm.. With my 36" inseam, I find my homemade boards in position 5 very comfortable. Leg/feet positioning is subjective, just as are seats and handlebars..
