• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 Hand Guards

This was one of the few mods I had been considering doing. Was wondering why Can-Am would offer them for their other models like the Ryker, but not the F3. I'm betting they couldn't come up with a reliable mounting solution that wouldn't obscure the rearview mirrors. This thread may have saved me some time, money, & considerable trouble...

Mine should arrive today. I'll post some pix tonite.
** Got them on. $40 + $3.50 for some longer bolts/washers/rubber washers. I think they look good for the F3-S black. The clear plastic extensions interfere a bit with the mirrors. Take them off and almost a clear view. **

I went this route as well—How are they holding up?

Mine are holding up well. I did replace the OEM nut/bolt holding the guard to the arm. At highway speeds, the arm would slowly fold in with the OEM bolt/recessed nut. I went with a longer bolt, washer at each end and a nut (all stainless steel) to be able to tighten down. No more issues.
