• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3 Demo Ride at Lone Star Rally 2014

I signed up for an F3 demo ride at the rally and was completely amazed by the amount of power the 1330 puts out. Acceleration was just incredible throughout all the gears I tried, 1st thru 5th. That engine has tremendous torque. During the ride and while in 5th gear, I fell back so I could twist the throttle open. That F3 had no problems accelerating. It pushed me back in the seat so much I had to quickly reaffirm my grip on the handlebars to hold on! Truly, I was not expecting that! I felt my heart race for a bit afterwards.
I can't say much for handling, as the ride was mostly straight roads with only a couple of left and right hand turns.

I also saw FlamingoBabe, Hotglue, and was very surprised to see Lamont there too!
Thanks Lamont for lending me your jacket to ride in, it was a generous offer and I really appreciated it!

As much as I was tempted to drive off with it and the F3, no, I reluctantly returned the F3 and gave Lamont his jacket back.
I was, however, honored to wear his jacket with his logo on the back! I felt like an ambassador pro tempore.

Good to meet you and thanks for bringing my jacket back, I was just getting ready to order a new one. :joke:
