Extended Warranty with Western Service Contract Corp,

Does anyone have the 5 year (after the original 2 year) extended warranty with the above company? There is no deductible, it has towing and rental reimbursement, no mileage limitation and is supposed to be better than the BRP Original. I was told that it is also better than the "Best" warranty.

I just purchased this an am hoping I did the right thing!

I have had Western on both the 2008 SE5 and the present 2010 RT. Have never had to use the extended warranty, but I have read some great reviews about their service. From some of the BRP BEST posts I have seen, I think Western is superior.

Have BEST+ on the Spyder but purchased Western's 5 year plan for the KTM on the advice of friends(Tech's, service writers, and owners) who should know. Per them, it's one of, if not the best(pardon the pun) plan to have.

I purchased it and my original warranty just ran out this month. I too have been told that it is one of the best to have by service manager at my Can Am dealership. I highly recommended it and had nothing to gain by doing so. Hope I never have to use. Kind of like health insurance.

Where do you buy it? How does it compare cost wise to BRP extended warranty?

I have the Western 6 yr, uSed it once, and it was fine.:thumbup: I think neXt time I will go with Best though, Dealership makes more $$ off of sale of Western .
