• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:thumbup:got my LED voltmeter and clock and they R-O-C-K ! easy install and very clean. clock took alittle more effort because I had to find a

I fitted a voltmeter and a digital clock in mine due to bouncing fuel gauge issue

My gauges were from PROSPORT Performance Smoke gauge series

See pictures below - Voltmeter (LHS) and Digital Clock (RHS) gauge fitted to Spyder RT-S SE5 2010 Model

CAn you read the gauges in the direct sun?

My gauges have not been set up to be dim when the lights are on because the Spyder has the lights on all the time anyway
they are therefore always bright and I have never had a problem with viewing them

Also fitted Some Gauge Visor shades Like the ones shown in the link

http://www.quicksales.com.au/ad/gauge-visor-sun-shield-cap-52mm-2-universal-fit-x-2/455152

You will also find the only problem is when the sun shines from the side, When the sun is behind you - You block out the sun with
your body anyway

Hope this helps

:yes:yup I can read them-they are very bright. yeah Eddie got the same one from them, had to send back the right one it was the EVO brand
AND that 1 was NOT bright enough for the daylight. digital LED are the ones needed!
~ prosport performance;
digital voltmeter~ pn PSVOLCD (new item and may be on backorder)
12volt Digital Clock-BlueItem# PSCKLCD-BL

Question about the Prosport gauges - has anyone who has installed the gauges had any problems with water? I wrote to the company asking which gauges were waterproof, and they said none of them were waterproof. I really want to replace my non-functional gauges, but not if they are going to get wet.

Gauges

I believe that must be kilometers isn't? Those people oldcowboy, drive on the wrong side of the road and measure speed in kilometers. I would like some myself but would want them bright and water proof.

Except the ryder is from Georgetown, TX. :yikes: If you look closer, the Spyder is in boot up mode and he took the picture while the speedo and tach were in their "flip flop" mode, when they go from 0 to max and back.

I understand the voltmeter install...Just curious about how you wired the clock...

I ordered the same gauges from Prosports as you did...I should receive them by Thursday of this week...Looking to do the installation this Friday....Thanks!
