I got a new gauge and installed it today and I was having the same problem as the last gauge and sensor. :sour: Now I know this is not a gauge problem. :dontknow: My buddy Ron stopped by as I was scratching my head and asked if I had a good ground. I didn't even think to check that and sure enough that was the problem.
pps::bowdown: I ran a ground wire to one of the fan mounts and now I have a real temp gauge. :doorag:
To ground.

These pics didn't turn out too good but what I did was take a picture right when the bar showed up. These are the temps as it relates to the bars.
First Bar 140 or so
Second Bar about 160
Third Bar about 180
Fourth Bar about 200
Fifth Bar 210
About 215 the fan kicked on and it never got hotter than that.
