• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ESI pegs

I got ESI pegs and put them in driver position and passenger position. The passenger position pegs feel, well...floppy? Did I do something wrong? On one side they won't fold in all the way either due to the bolts for the exhaust pipe, which is okay but they are flopping around? Any ideas what I can do to fix, or what I might have done wrong?:dontknow: I'd hate a passenger to feel unsecure.

hummm..

I guess they aren't so much floppy as much looser than the stock pegs. I did make sure to use those parts when putting them on. When you bring them down they pull forward too far and don't seem to lock into place as firmly or well.

Are you also using the ESI foot peg adapters?

I don't have the ESI foot pegs. I was just asking thinking that you mounted them (if they could be mounted) on the stock adapters.

Yeah, I have the adapters

I bought the adapters too, they had a special when I bought the pegs I got $10 off the adapters (I think that was what it was anyway, maybe it was the other way around). I think for the passenger I'm going to go back to the stock pegs and use what I have on there for highway pegs or something.
