There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I had a bearing go on my 14 RT that required the engine to be pulled and it was covered under BEST.

Call BRP directly at 888-272-9222 and ask to speak to someone about the B.E.S.T. extended warranty. Ask them to direct you to the link that lists everything covered by the extended warranty. One used to be able to read all the fine print online but they've changed the whole web site and I don't know where it is now found, if it's still there buried somewhere.

There may be some confusion here. It is my understanding that BEST warranty by BRP, is not sold in Florida. So what warranty company was the dealer trying to sell you a policy for and did he give you a copy of the terms.

You can purchase a B.E.S.T. extended warranty from any BRP dealership in the country but dealers can't sell them in FL, something in the law about the prohibition. Bert's Mega Mall has one of the best, pun intended, deals on them. Shop around and you have until your original factory warranty expires to make the purchase. FL BRP dealerships must honor a B.E.S.T. warranty
