East Coast Posse Sponsored Events 2017

OK East Coast Posse...here is what I am registered for in 2017:

1. Homecoming - leaving DC on 31 MAY with a plan to arrive on the 1 JUN. I may stop in NY to pull Bob away from his desk.
2. Spyder Odyssey - This event I may be able to bring the wife and kids seeing they will be out of school for the summer. I told Pierre I would help with whatever, so I will probably leave DC on 31 JUL with an arrival of 1 AUG.
2. Spyderquest - leaving DC on 5 SEP...will probably arrive on the 5th as well. If Chuck needs any help with anything, I will come up early.

I would like to attend Maggie Valley, but may need to push to next year. Three events in one year is already pushing it.

definitely looking for anyone who wants to convoy to these events. I know it is early, but if your like me, I have to mark the days at work now or it will get overcome by events (OBE).

In august heading to the roundup in Missouri, then up north from there, Then spyderquest. I would like to see the lamonster garage and get a few things done....

Spyderquest and anything in Maggie Valley. Since I'm a geezer with arthritis and a RT-S I would guess I qualify. I can see Skyline Drive (north side) from my front porch so anything on Skyline/BRP, I'm up for.

BTW, I did a lunch ride on Skyline yesterday 12-22-16. Nobody in the way. Winter is fun with electric gear.

I finally got registered for Homecoming.
Has anyone put together ride plans or routes for the East Coast Posse?
Where do we meet up??

I don't think Brent is going, but maybe he will change his mind. He's going on a long distance ride this summer. I'm all for getting the ECP together to ride again

Of course the ECP will ride again! Was there ever any doubt?

Simplest way, I think, is for you to come up and meet me and Chuck somewhere in northern New Jersey/ southern New York. Add Bob too (if we can twist his arm enough.) Since Dave is coming from the Pittsburgh area he would probably meet us further upstate.

Assuming Nina is coming as well, you and her could sync up in the DC area?

Doing all this off the top of my head so feel free to shoot holes in it!

Yes, the posse will need to find an alternate den mother. I was actually just looking at my route to Newfoundland do and and back, about 4000 miles all said and done. Can't wait. You guys will have a blast I'm sure.

I finally have saddle bags installed on the ST.
My BumpSkid is half installed. Will finish the weekend.
My passort is up to date. My insurance card is in the mail.
I'm ready...

What communication system are you using. I'm looking at a Sena 5 or 10.
I want to synch with the group.

I'll be in touch after the new year. I'm for making it a two day trip. We can link up near Roger and Bob. Chuck is taking the RV with his wife so we will have to link up with them in Canada. Is anyone staying in Sherbrooke, or am I the only one? I'm staying at Delta Hotel

For me and David it will be two. I'm thinking of staying in Saratoga Springs for the night. You guys can come hang with David and I on day 1 or link up on day 2. I'm fine sharing my room, so that won't be an issue. Day 2, we can swing through Vermont and pick up Deanna and head up.
