• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dyna Beads balancing

I am mounting a Toyo Proxes 4 225 50R-15 car tire on my Spyder this coming Tuesday and will balance it using 3 ounces of Dyna Beads. Since I will be driving 100 miles on this setup, from the dealer to home, I should be able to give a report on what sort of characteristic the tire displays as a result of using Dyna Beads rather than traditional lead weights.

I'm familiar with Dyna Beads but have never used them...
Waiting to hear how you rate them...:dontknow:...

I use Ride-On instead. I'm on my 3rd tire now and haven't had the last two balanced. Just put 18oz. of Ride-On in the tire, rode around town for 10 miles or so and rode on. Stuff works great and also provides puncture sealant.

I have dynabeads, 3oz rear and 2oz in the front, made a difference i could see in the mirrors, left the weights on.
