There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Dummy acc plug on left side of Ignition key on an F3s

I noticed when I remove the acc (dummy) plug on the left side of ignition switch there is a wire attached.
It has 2 black 1 blue, and 1 orange going into a plastic looks like 4 outlet connector.
WHAT is that for? Is it for an accessory?
I want to install a volt meter in that area and maybe I could use part of that harness, or not!
I have called BRP, and no less than 4 dealers in my area and NOT 1 can tell me what that harness is for or connected to.
Thanks,
Rotax

Thanks David!
Can I utilize that connection to connect a volt meter
in that space?
Suggestions.

David,
I don't need the heated grip option.
I would need to find the male connection for that accessory without
the heated grips?

Outstanding David!
Will investigate that connector however I will only need two
wired of the 4 for the volt meter.
Hate to impose on you, but do U know which 2 wired, +/- that will
allow me to hook up the volt meter?
Again, THANKS for all the info!

Left Side Connector.

Sorry i have not worked on the Left Side Connector.
After looking at the wiring diagram (very confusing) I would not try to run a voltmeter from the Grip heater plug.
I believe the plug wiring runs to switching relays and other component in the fuse block. It may not show the true voltage.
I would wire directly to the battery or to one of the Customer Accessory terminals in either the back of the frunk or under left side panel.
