There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Drop-Tail Trailer Pictures and Impressions

I have a drop bed Baxley trailer for my Harley. I understand they have one for a Spyder. Top of the line trailerImageUploadedByTapatalk1425350137.938172.jpg

I have a 2014 RT Limited and use a trailer I bought from Northern Tool. It is 5.5 feet wide and 10' long with a drop tail gate for loading and the nose of my Spyder DOES NOT hit the tailgate when loading. bolted some front wheel chocks into the floor, strap the Spyder down and away we go!! No problems whatsoever! Just an FYI

Big F, I have a similar trailer and found that that tailgate with the expanded metal, at 60-70 is like pulling a brick wall. I took it off and use ramps with just a chain across the back.

I have one and have loved it. I haven't used or needed it for a year, so I've currently got it up for sale for $1950, but I'm in Los Angeles.

If I were to need one again, I would by the same one I have now.

Another Option, Stealth All Aluminum 6 x 12, Tight fit side to side, but it works. Keeps the Spyder out of the salt when traveling to Florida for great winter riding. :ohyea: No issues with the ramp

Thanks for the pic Frank. A closed trailer was my original thought, glad to know that I can squeeze it into a 6' box and that the ramp works.

Here is a picture of my 2011 and 2014 on the trailer with the optional Stone Shield installed.

This is the pic I was hoping for. I like the stone guard as well as the whole look of the trailer. Thank You !

Trailer are for boats or broken spyders.........I am having issues with my trailer gate as it is to sharp an angle so the Spyder bottoms out when loading or unloading. Am having the gate changed out. I can post pics when it gets done if anyone wants to see them.

Boats are holes in the water into which one pours money......

Knock on wood when you say broken Spy____ !

Nice ! I hadn't seen these before, I like the lowering system and the suspension. 400 lbs heavier and twice the price as Drop-Tail, but looks like twice the quality. 14" wheels too !

Wish I was on the West Coast, especially after this winter ! But then I probably wouldn't be looking for a trailer......

Bump Stops on the gate ? Would love to see a picture when you get a chance, thanks
It will be a few weeks before I get back home to take a pic. Its rubber stops like what you see on an enclosed trailer ramp door that I bolted on.

I checked these out a few months ago, talked to a rep on the phone. Nice trailer, especially with the custom paint. Pretty pricy for a trailer, almost double of a Drop-Tail. :yikes:

A friend of mine has one and it is very nice. He hauled my spyder on it once.

Just wondering what are you using to pull the trailer with?? I cannot tell I have the Spyder and trailer behind me with my Dodge RAM 2500.....
