Droid HD, New phone

OK I am having to come out of the stone age and had to give up my 7 year old phone and now have a smart phone. Droid hd. I can get SL on it now if i want to sign in and want to post something and or a picture from my phone, how do I do it? In my post "paint is dry" I took them pic. with my phone and sent them to my face book and then saved them onto my home computer that I'm on now then posted them on SL. Got to be an easier way. Thanks for any advice!
