• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Driver hits motorcycle and says "I don't care"...

I read that the m/c driver didn't have an m/c license, he shouldn't have been on the road. also from watching the video a few times it looks like he
didn't pass the car as fast as the speed limit allows, i suspect he turned to look at the driver as he was passing. perhaps if he obeyed the laws of the road
and perhaps wore proper gear he and his girl might be in better shape or even avoided the accident entirely. none of this in any way excuses the
driver of the car and i hope he gets convicted of the charges filed.

I think that we're all pretty-much in agreement that the kid screwed up...

...But that's absolutely NO reason to try and kill him!

 The only problem with reports like these:
Anybody can open their mouth after the fact...
...and nothing can be proved, or disproved. :banghead:

There is no right anywhere I know of to hurt another because they broke any law, except in defense of one's self or another. If the action was intentional, and it certainly seems to be, then it makes no difference if the yellow line was solid or or not.

Attempted murder.

The biker passed on a double yellow line...that's a traffic offense. The car driver deliberately ran him off the road. That's a criminal offense. The biker was an idiot. The car driver was much, much more. It looks like the car driver is being charged with aggravated assault...as he should be.
