Driver backrest

I have a 2013 ST Limited and I would like to install a driver backrest. I wish to retain my stock seat. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Is anyone familiar with the custom chrome smart mount backrest?

I have checked on the Utopia and I like it. However, it looks like the mount, for the seat support would interfere with the mounting bracket for the backrest.

I installed a Utopia on mine and I really like it. But there are a few good ones on the market.

That is more in the price range of what I would pay for a drivers backrest. Most of the others area a bit too expensive for my taste.
