• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

DPS Optional Update

I plugged in my laptop today. Up came an optional update for the DPS. So I installed it. I guess I should have asked this question before I did that. During the test drive maybe the steering was a bit easier at low speed. Could be just my imagination as well. Anyone have access to BOSSWEB and get a copy of the TSB for the update. I am interested in what it was supposed to do.

I wonder if it is to fix the random issue that BRP blamed on electrical fields. I had the issue a few times last year and others had posted about it as well.

Got mine today and... Steering does feel noticeably lighter.

Not sure if it's better though. Guess I'll have to get use to it :/

At Spyders in the Ozarks last week going back to the Hotel from the Pie run, my DPS went out. Once at the parking lot Harvey Clark was sitting there and we discussed what it might be. It started to work again after I restarted it. The next morning Lamonster Garage put it on their BUDS and was finding page after page of DPS and ECU errors. He said the ECU errors were over voltage and could be related to the voltage regulator. I just noticed at the bottom of your pic it said replace voltage regulator under warranty. Harvey called me last week and told me about that and asked if I rode under any high voltage wires. I also have a strong magnet on my key ring.
