DPS FAILURE QUESTION

May i ask.... for those whose DPS units have failed, (YES mine has gone) what your front suspension was set at e.g. 1 soft, 3 medium and 5 hard (2 and 4 as well obviously) when it did fail and how long had it been set at that before it failed?
Sorry, curiosity drives me to ask questions.

Mine failed back in 09, Shocks were set at 4 since new [April 08] But I can't see how the shock settings would have anything to do with the DPS failing, Inferior manufactured units was the cause.... ''Then''..... and properly still is ''now''....

My wife's 2013 DPS failed after 6 miles on her RT Limited. Did not make it home after just taking delivery.
