I just finished reading a post from VIspyderman and it got me thinking. How many of you have dealers or service managers that actually own a spyder themselves?
Mike the owner of NordRide and Roger the service manager at NordRide both purchased PE edition spyders when they came out. Obviously NordRide is our dealership. Mike ended up selling his to a customer but Roger still has his and is considering purchasing one for his wife. Maybe that is one reason we fell we get pretty good service from them, they don't just "sell" the spyders. Also, it is a smaller dealership. Not this big showroom floor. Sales does not seem to be their main focus, I think their maintenance area is larger than their sales area. So I am wondering it there is any correlation between the people that are happy with the service and their dealerships and the size or weather or not the owner or service dept owns a spyder themselves?
