• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:agree: ...... Maybe on an F-1 or Nascar stocker but I doubt the Spyder needs to split that hair ...... Mike

Use dynamic balancing with beads or Ride-On and you won't have to worry.
I doubt they will throw things off.

A rider on the FJR1300 forum weighed them at 7 grams each.
A quarter of an ounce.

.....Would using this stuff damage the FOBO? I'm sure that using green slime would not be good for the FOBO.

It might, IF the green slime was actually outside the tire valve - but unless you've done it reeeally wrong, there's not gonna be green slime out there!! The FOBO sensors fit on the valve stem like an alternative valve cap, & cos the slime gets thrown out onto the rubber bits while you drive, while the valve is mounted on the rim, the only stuff ever likely to get out thru those valves is air.... I generally use the green slime stuff in my tires & have similar valve mounted sensors, & it's never caused me a problem on any of the vehicles I've used these things on (quite a few) or over the many MANY miles (waaaaaay more than most!) that I've driven/ridden with them fitted. Haven't needed to re-do the balance or wheel alignment due to fitting the valve sensors either! Just Sayin' :dontknow:

Ryde more, Worry less!!
