Doc update????

Hey just curious as to what Doc found out when he got to Reno to check on his Spyder....he 4 wheeled into Eureka...4 wheeled out and last I heard was planning on meeting up with that wild Hooligan in Hollister???
Spyders in Redwood was a great rally...well done..went smoothly...I left Eureka this a.m....got as far as Brookings, OR...said wow nice area...got me one of those great rate motels and here I am...
Did make decision...have been thinking it would be neat to hit all 50 states (rent a spyder in Hawaii)...now know it is a DEFINITE HAVE TO DO....I soooo love traveling and I soooo reallllly love traveling on Ms Spyder...
OK digressed....where are you Doc?

According to this post, Doc will be flying home and then flying back to Reno when his Spyder is fixed.

I saw some coolant on his A-arm after he arrived in Lake Placid in NY. I told him about it but I don't know what he did with the info after that or if that had anything to do with his troubles. I hope his Spyder gets back on the road soon.

Are you sure. The dealer has not had a chance to open it up or start to work on it yet. The coolant was the overflow bottle, which was changed out in NY.

Was at Corbin yesterday getting my bike fitted with a rear seat filler and had breakfast with Spyderlovers L-R Jimcrom, SpyderDog65, Doc, & Forrest.

JimCrom picked up the check! Thankyou very much!!

doc said he was driving down to LA for a meeting and then catching a flight back
to Florida the next day. He still had not heard from the Reno dealership and is anxiously awaiting a call from them.
The BRP rep Katie is aware of the situation and hopefull there will be a fruitful outcome.

I sat on Forrests new custom dish seat and liked how he had added allot of cushion to the thigh sides.

Dave from San Diego also told me that he and a bunch of guys from SITR were at Corbin this morning. I was happy to see Doc and Forrest made it to Eureka safely... Spyder or no Spyder.
