• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Awesome customer service the spring on my tensioner broke , I emailed him on Friday and he emailed me back and it was on its way to me in less than 2 hours . I got it today and will install it tomorrow so the Gray Ghost will be happy again . So nice to purchase from an all around good old fashion mom and pop company instead of a corporation that doesn't care.
Thanks Doc :2thumbs:

We have had less than 1% overall that have broken. This was very difficult to figure out since it was so sporadic and varied, but we finally determined that some suspension systems were travelling farther up and down (mostly RT's), and that coupled with installation alignment issues with the roller and belt, was what was causing it.
Since there have been so few, we have taken care of them on a case by case basis and are now including an alignment block to help true the roller to the belt. We have also increased the diameter of the spring and the gauge of the wire. This now gives the arm over 110 degrees rotational travel, which is way beyond what it will ever need. All new kits have the updated spring and we will continue to warranty spring failures on a case by case basis. Since the spring is considered a wearable item, additional springs (to have as backup) are available and are priced just slightly above cost.
We will continue to improve this product as time goes by and needs arise, but I now believe that it is just about as bulletproof as it can be made. I had to replace my spring on the F3 at 9600 miles the other day, and other than the spring (I'm a big guy) everything is working great. The roller is still in the same pristine condition when it was first installed. No telling how many miles that will last, but it is a clear indication that: 1. The bearings are thriving in the high speed environment they are placed in. 2. They are adequately sealed so that road debris are not a factor. 3. The balance of two bearings work well to balance the load and will continue to do so. 4. The surface of the roller is holding up well and wearing very little. It also is hard enough to reduce etching yet soft enough to not transfer anything to the surface of the belt.
I could not be more pleased with how well our Vibration Damper is working for everyone. Considering the problems that BRP has had with their unit, ours have been very few and far between. Our advantage has been that being so much smaller than them we are able to immediately make improvements if warranted. They have to go through committee, engineer reports, etc., and all that takes time and money.
We are in this for the long haul and my goal is for anyone that wishes to rid their ryde, either RT or F3, of the annoying vibration, can do so.
