Igot mine today!Just got a call from pit bull today!!! The tensioners are in!!!! Order while you can.
So before I order,...
I need BRP part 219800412 AND Doc Humphrey's adapter RT belt vibration adapter kit.. Together these components manage belt vibration, right?
And, these parts are instead of the other belt tensioners that are on the market.
If I'm not understanding this right someone please re-explain before I spend $80 on parts.
Thanks, Dale
Yes that is everything you need. If you have been suffering with the dreaded vibration between 65 and 70 you will be pleasantly surprised! Install is very easy and straightforward. Doc also simulated a catastophic failure of the rear suspension and it still clears the gas tank which is why BRP said not to use it on the RT. I have almost 1000 miles on mine and have all been vibration and trouble free miles. So before I order,...

You can get the kit from Doc Humphreys at Roadsterrenovations.com. and you will need Can Am's Idler Belt Kit part number 219800412 available at your local dealer. Both items are about $35.00, but Pit Bull Powersports stated that they have 40 of them on order and it seems most dealers are sold out of them right now but have them on order. Doc Humphrey also has a good installation video on his web site.

Just ordered mine tonight. I got the Idler from Florida Power Sports via Amazon and the bracket and bolt kit from Doc Humphrey. Hope I get them before the end of the year 2016.

Do you have a link on Amazon for the Idler kit
or what is needed in the search box to locate it
Thanks
Will this combo work for the 2011RT?
Got my kit from Doc, waiting for my BRP back ordered part.
