Am I the only one? I've been wearing them for years. It's counter-intuitive, but it actually makes the headset speakers and the intercom system seem better by blocking out all the extraneous nose. I can still hear car horns and trucks.
Today, I stopped a mile or so from my home to go get something in a store.
Came back out, I only had a few minutes to ride, so I didn't put my earplugs in, thinking it wasn't worth the trouble.
WOW is this thing loud !
Lots of engine noise, and LOTS of wind noise.
No wonder I get such bad gas mileage.
So, does anyone else use earplugs when they ride?
